Since re-settling in New Zealand Ben has performed with many of New Zealand’s finest artists including Bella Kalolo, Hollie Smith, Aaradnha, Rodger Fox, Colin Hemmingsen, The Royal NZ Airforce Central Jazz Band, John Rae, Tim Hopkins, Reuben Bradley and many more.

He has also played and workshopped with top international jazz acts visiting New Zealand such as Bennie Maupin. Ben has performed at festivals such as Glastonbury, City of London, Origins (London), AWME, Tauranga Jazz Festival, G Taranaki, New Zealand Festival, Sounds Aotearoa, Taranaki and Nelson Arts Festivals.

Using multimedia, anecdotes, real life stories and the arias and ensembles that made these singers famous we delve into their lives and see what made them some of the greatest singers of the 20th century.

Our talented three tenors join forces with sopranos Susan Boland and Amanda Atlas, accompanied by New Zealand Opera’s chief accompanist David Kelly, as we feature many of the signature classics, both famous opera and well-known ballads that these artists were famous for.
